we are so busy medicating projecting meditating so we don’t have to feel our feelings when get you to identify what is the feeling, maybe with not-enoughness it’s shame or anger, and invite you from a pace of kindness and tenderness to sit with the feelings, to not judge yourself or feeding into thoughts but just sitting with it to be with it and see where it takes you and where it usually takes you are to places you never feel possible
what you resist will persist
when you invite yourself, on the other side is often a world of insight openness insight joy compassion
